TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HB Media (hereinafter "HB") agrees to create and produce custom compact disc ("CD") recording(s) for
________________________________
(hereinafter referred to as "client").
Client shall provide HB with all "original" pre-recorded audio sources. HB can accept source material in the following formats: CD, audio cassette, 33 1/3 phonograph record ("LP") and or 45 rpm phonograph records. All provided sources will be returned to Client with completed order.
Unless otherwise specified by client, HB shall provide the blank CD that will be used to create the custom disc under this agreement. The service fee includes the creation of simple artwork which shall contain a listing of the artist and title of each track recorded on the disc in chronological order.
Client may provide HB with a "title" for each disc or, at client's option, HB will create a "title". Client acknowledges that all discs purchased under this agreement are for personal use only and may not be resold.
Client acknowledges that actual recording times will vary from disc to disc depending on the source material provided and will, in most cases, be somewhat less than the actual 74 minute disc capacity.
Unless agreed upon by HB in advance, all orders must be paid in full before delivery. The fees set forth below do not include shipping costs.
Client's duty to fully perform under the terms of this agreement is absolute and cannot be cancelled or waived by client. Any cancellation and/or waiver of client's duties shall be at the sole discretion of HB.
